Our ESG Commitment<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

This policy defines our sustainability framework \u2014 outlining responsibilities, guiding principles, and the role ESG plays across our organization. It’s supported by our Code of Conduct and other internal policies. <\/p>\n

Acting responsibly is embedded in our strategy. We review our ESG targets annually and have the systems, resources, and oversight in place to drive continuous improvement. This policy applies to all M&J employees and is approved by our board of directors. <\/p>\n

Ahlstr\u00f6m Collective Impact (ACI)<\/a>\u202fis an initiative in partnership with\u202fUNICEF Finland<\/a>, the UN organization for child rights.<\/p>\n

As part of the Ahlstr\u00f6m portfolio, we act together with other companies in the ACI network to create awareness of child rights.<\/p>\n

ACI has a special focus on the education of children to enable opportunities in life.<\/p>\n
